This facilitates efficient local absorption into the vaginal tissues, maximizing the effect of the antibiotic on bacterial infections specific to this area. Thus, water solubility allows for an even distribution and longer persistence of clindamycin in the local environment, contributing to the efficacy of the treatment.<\/p>\n<p>\u2713 In the pharmaceutical compounding process, only high purity active substances are used, in compliance with the RBPF (Rules of Good Pharmaceutical Practice).
