Mesalazine enema compounded in our clean room laboratory is mainly used for treating inflammatory bowel conditions, especially distal ulcerative colitis, which affects the rectum and lower part of the colon.

Pharmacological properties

  • Mesalazine is a topical anti-inflammatory drug that acts in the intestines and belongs to the class of aminosalicylates.
