Warnings and precautions

The therapeutic approach must be individualized by the doctor, taking into account the severity and type of symptoms.

• Please follow the administration recommended in the prescription!
• Personalized treatments can be modified depending on your state of health and compliance with the treatment.
• Do not use more product or more often than recommended.
• This preparation was prescribed only for the current pathology.
• Do not use it later for another condition without the doctor's consent.
• It is recommended, during long-term treatments, a correct and complete communication with the doctor, in order to be able to change the dose according to the evolution of the disease.
• It is not recommended to take the preparation in case of sensitivity or allergy to the active substance.
• It is recommended to avoid exposure to the sun during treatment,
• Tacrolimus exerts its therapeutic effects by modulating the immune response in the skin. It specifically targets inflammatory cells in the skin, reducing the release of inflammatory mediators that contribute to the symptoms of skin conditions.
• Tacrolimus ointment offers a non-invasive treatment approach, avoiding the need for invasive procedures or systemic preparations/medications that may present additional risks or adverse reactions. 
• Depending on the doctor's recommendations, the preparation can be used as a preventive measure, especially in people with a history of recurrent occurrences, helping to maintain long-term remission and with minimal impact on health.  
• Avoid contact with eyes or other mucous membranes.
• Avoid using the preparation around the eye area, unless recommended by your doctor. Tearing of the eyes may occur if this preparation is applied too close to the eyes. If this happens, rinse your eyes with a large amount of cold water.
• Do not use the preparation on irritated skin or any other infected or reddened area without the doctor's consent.
• Excessive application should be avoided because it can lead to drying and discomfort of the treated areas.
• Tell the doctor if you have a skin infection, if you have or have ever had kidney disease, syndrome, any other skin disease or any other type of skin infection, especially chicken pox, shingles, herpes, etc. 
• It is recommended to avoid the consumption of grapefruit or grapefruit juice, pomelo, ginger and turmeric while using this preparation.
• Depending on the sensitivity of each person and the frequency of applications, an increased sensitivity to high and low temperatures, acne, itching, etc. may appear. It is recommended to contact the doctor if these symptoms do not disappear or worsen. 
• Prepared without perfume, flavors, dyes, gluten, parabens, alcohol, or latex.
• Keep out of reach of children. 
• Do not use the compounded preparation after the expiration date.
