Salbutamol aerosol solution compounded in the clean room laboratory is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of bronchospasm, bronchial asthma and other processes associated with reversible airway obstruction.

It can also be used successfully in the prevention of bronchospasm induced by physical exertion or before exposure to a known and unavoidable allergenic stimulus.

✓In the pharmaceutical compounding process, only high purity active substances are used, in compliance with the RBPF (Rules of Good Pharmaceutical Practice). The use of capsules or standardized drugs is excluded from this compounding process.

Pharmacological properties

  • Salbutamol is a selective beta2 agonist that provides short-acting bronchodilation (4-6 hours) with rapid onset (in approximately 5 minutes) in reversible airway obstruction.
  • Due to its rapid-acting effect, it is suitable for preventing and managing asthma attacks.
  • Salbutamol belongs to a group of substances called bronchodilators that work by relaxing the muscles in the walls of the small airways in the lungs, making breathing easier and relieving coughing.

Warnings and precautions

The therapeutic approach must be individualized by the doctor, taking into account the severity and type of symptoms.

  • Please follow the administration recommended in the prescription!

  • Do not use more product or more often than recommended.

  • It is recommended that the use of the preparation in children be carried out under the close supervision of an adult.
  • Depending on each person's sensitivity, symptoms may occur such as: cough, hoarseness, mild throat irritation, oropharyngeal candidiasis, vomiting, nausea, nosebleeds, muscle cramps, etc. If any of these persist or worsen, it is recommended that you contact your doctor.

  • It is recommended that after inhalation, you rinse your mouth with water to reduce the risk of developing oropharyngeal candidiasis.
