Pharmacological properties

  • Ondansetron is a 5-HT3 antagonist antiemetic.

Warnings and precautions

  • It is not recommended to take the preparation in case of sensitivity or allergy to the active substance.

  • The treatment may also be accompanied by other oral preparations, if your doctor considers this beneficial.
  • Please inform your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking or have recently taken any other medicines, including those without a prescription, or if you are undergoing other treatments.
  • It is recommended to wash hands before and after applying this preparation.
  • It is recommended to remove a suppository from the refrigerator 5-10 minutes before administration, to avoid the discomfort created when administering a cold preparation.
  • It is recommended to wash the area around the anus with a gentle cleanser as directed by your doctor.
  • An allergic reaction to this preparation is rare. However, if any symptoms of a reaction occur (severe rash, itching or swelling of the application area), it is necessary to seek medical attention.
  • The preparation does not contain ingredients of animal origin. It does not contain ingredients of microbiological origin or microbiological fermentation or from cell cultures. It has not come into contact with materials of animal origin. The pharmacologically inert base is free of perfume, parabens and latex, does not contain MI/MCI and consists of hydrogenated oils of vegetable origin.
