INGREDIENTS AND DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Active ingredients:
• Hydroquinone
Hydroquinone is one of the most studied and effective ingredients used to fade hyperpigmentation spots (melasma, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation). It works by inhibiting tyrosinase, the enzyme involved in melanin synthesis.
The overproduction and uneven distribution of melanin, the pigment that gives skin color, is the main cause of the appearance of hyperpigmented areas.
• Salicylic acid
Salicylic acid is a beta-hydroxy acid with exfoliating properties. It improves skin texture, leaving it smooth and even. Being a fat-soluble substance, salicylic acid has the ability to penetrate pores and clean them, making their appearance less visible.
• Resorcinol
Resorcinol is an ingredient with an exfoliating, superficial peeling action that improves skin texture. It also reduces hyperpigmentation spots by inhibiting tyrosinase and melanin synthesis.
• Glycerin
Glycerin is a humectant that is naturally found in the skin. It is extremely effective in hydrating the skin, helping to maintain the hydrolipidic balance and skin health.
How to use
The depigmenting solution is applied to clean skin in the evening, using a cotton pad.
It should be applied initially 2-3 times a week to allow the skin to get used to the product. Later, it can be applied every evening.
It is suitable for age groups over 18 years old.
It is recommended to use a cream with a sun protection factor of 50+ during the day.
