Warnings and precautions

The therapeutic approach must be individualized by the doctor, taking into account the severity and type of symptoms.

• Please follow the administration recommended in the prescription!
• Personalized treatments can be modified depending on your state of health and compliance with the treatment.
• Do not use more product or more often than recommended.
• This preparation was prescribed only for the current pathology.
• Do not use it later for another condition without the doctor's consent.
• It is recommended, during long-term treatments, a correct and complete communication with the doctor, in order to be able to change the dose according to the evolution of the disease.
• It is not recommended to take the preparation in case of sensitivity or allergy to the active substance.
• It is recommended that the use of the preparation in children be carried out under the close supervision of an adult.
• Inform your doctor if you are undergoing treatment for other conditions or if you are taking substances such as: Clarithromycin, Itraconazole, Ketoconazole, Dexamethasone, Methylprednisolone, Prednisone, etc.
• If, after two weeks of regular use, symptoms do not improve or they worsen, it is recommended that you contact your doctor.
• It is recommended that before the first use of the treatment, shake the bottle of the preparation and press the applicator button as many times as necessary, so that the pump mechanism is filled and a correct atomization is achieved. If your doctor does not recommend daily administration, then before use it is necessary to perform this procedure again.
• It is not recommended to blow your nose for 15 minutes after administering the preparation.
• Budesonide nasal spray controls the symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis or other allergies, but it does not cure these conditions. Symptoms may improve within a day or two of administration, but it may take up to two weeks to reach maximum therapeutic effect.
• Depending on each person's sensitivity, symptoms may occur such as: cough, hoarseness, mild throat irritation, oropharyngeal candidiasis, vomiting, nausea, nosebleeds, etc. If any of these persist or worsen, it is recommended that you contact your doctor. 
• It is recommended to clean the nasal spray applicator periodically. Wash the plastic cap and applicator with warm water and then rinse with cold water, let dry at room temperature, then return them to the bottle. 
• To reduce other possible unpleasant symptoms in case of allergen exposure, e.g. watery eyes, your doctor may also recommend other topical/oral preparations.
• Do not stop taking the magistral preparation without your doctor's consent.
• The magistral preparation does not contain dyes, parabens, formaldehydes, dimethicone or preservatives.
• Keep out of reach of children. 
• Do not use the preparation after the expiration date.
