The oral spray for herpangina compounded in our clean room laboratory, is mainly used to treat herpangina, stomatitis, glossitis, cheilosis and diseases of fungal origin in the oral cavity.

✓In the pharmaceutical compounding process, only high purity active substances are used, in compliance with the RBPF (Rules of Good Pharmaceutical Practice). The use of capsules or standardized drugs is excluded from this compounding process.

Pharmacological properties

  • Fluconazole is used in the treatment of fungal infections, candidiasis of the mucous membranes, etc. 
  • Locally applied anestezin is capable of diminishing or interrupting the sensitivity of the region where it is applied, which leads to the suppression of the sensation of pain. 
  • Hydrocortisone has anti-inflammatory effects, being active in all phases and types of inflammation. It reduces the vascularization of the inflammatory phenomenon. 
  • Vitamin B2 or riboflavin plays an important role in most energy and biochemical processes in the body, intervening in enzymatic oxidation-reduction reactions. It is often used for the treatment of cheilosis, angular stomatitis, glossitis, etc. 

Warnings and precautions

The therapeutic approach must be individualized by the doctor, taking into account the severity and type of symptoms.

  • Please follow the administration recommended in the prescription!
  • Personalized treatments can be modified depending on your state of health and compliance with the treatment.
  • Do not use more product or more often than recommended.
  • This preparation was prescribed only for the current pathology.
  • Do not use it later for another condition without the doctor's consent.
  • It is recommended, during long-term treatments, a correct and complete communication with the doctor, in order to be able to change the dose according to the evolution of the disease.
  • It is not recommended to take the preparation in case of sensitivity or allergy to the active substance.
  • It is recommended that the use of the preparation in children be carried out under the close supervision of an adult.
  • Avoid contact with eyes or other mucous membranes.
  • It is recommended to maintain adequate hydration to avoid dehydration due to fever and lack of appetite.
  • It is recommended to avoid irritating, very hard, spicy or very hot foods. 
  • It is recommended to eat soft, easy-to-chew foods and associate them with colder foods, as these can reduce inflammation in the mouth.
  • It is recommended that before the first use of the treatment, shake the bottle of the preparation and press the applicator button as many times as necessary, so that the pump mechanism is filled and a correct atomization is achieved. If your doctor does not recommend daily administration, then before use it is necessary to perform this procedure again.
  • It is recommended to clean the oropharyngeal spray applicator periodically. Wash the plastic cap and applicator with warm water and then rinse with cold water, let dry at room temperature, then return them to the bottle. 
  • Formulated without flavors, dyes, parabens, formaldehydes, alcohol, essential oils, dimethicone or preservatives. Also tested for nickel and gluten.
  • Keep out of reach of children. 
  • Do not use the compounded preparation after the expiration date.

Conditioning

The preparation is stored at room temperature 15-25 degrees Celsius, away from sources of heat, humidity and light.
